1. Our Delivery Approach
Sculptaverium supplies decorative items exclusively to customers with delivery addresses within Hong Kong. This Shipping Policy explains how orders move from our workspace to your doorstep, including preparation times, delivery expectations, payment requirements, cancellations, and situations that may affect arrival.
We do not accept, process, or deliver orders addressed outside Hong Kong. Customers should provide a complete Hong Kong delivery address and accurate contact information when placing an order so that the delivery process can proceed smoothly.
2. Free Delivery Across Hong Kong
Every eligible order placed with Sculptaverium includes free delivery within Hong Kong. There are no delivery fees, handling charges, or cash-on-delivery surcharges added to the displayed order amount.
Our delivery service is designed around a straightforward doorstep process. The amount shown for the items in your accepted order is the amount payable when the parcel arrives, subject to any clearly displayed promotional adjustment applicable when the order was placed.
3. Order Preparation and Shipping
We generally require two business days to prepare an order before dispatch. This period allows our team to review the item, organize the order, and complete suitable packaging for transportation.
The preparation period begins after an order has been successfully received by us. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. Orders placed outside regular processing periods may begin preparation on the next business day.
Once preparation is completed, the parcel is dispatched for delivery to the address supplied during checkout.
4. Expected Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery generally requires an additional one to two business days. Accordingly, customers can usually expect the complete process, from order preparation through doorstep delivery, to take approximately three to four business days within Hong Kong.
These timeframes are estimates rather than fixed arrival commitments. Delivery may occasionally be affected by severe weather, public holidays, access restrictions, transportation disruption, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where practical, we will communicate relevant delivery issues using the contact information supplied with the order.
5. Cash on Delivery
Sculptaverium operates exclusively through cash on delivery. Online card payments, digital wallet payments, advance bank transfers, and other payment methods are not offered for purchases through our website.
Customers must pay the full order amount in cash when the parcel reaches the delivery address. No additional fee is charged for using cash on delivery. We recommend having the required cash available at the time of delivery to help avoid unnecessary delays in completing the handover.
6. Address and Delivery Responsibilities
Customers should review their delivery details before submitting an order. The address must be located within Hong Kong and should include sufficient information for the delivery team to locate the destination.
If information is incomplete or inaccurate, delivery may be delayed. We may contact the customer to obtain clarification before dispatch or delivery when necessary.
7. Order Cancellation
An order may be canceled only before it has been dispatched. Customers wishing to cancel should contact us promptly at artworj@sculptaverium.com with their order details.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. This restriction applies because the parcel has already entered the delivery process.
8. Returns After Delivery
Shipping-related cancellation rules do not remove eligible return rights described in our Return and Refund Policy. Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item may submit a return request within 30 days from delivery, subject to that policy.
